Terms & Conditions – Treatment Service

These Terms & Conditions apply to all mobile, in-home treatment services provided by Kefii Wellness (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking or receiving a treatment, you agree to the following terms.

1. Bookings & Mobile Services

• All treatments are provided as mobile services at the clientʼs home or chosen address.
• Appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
• A booking is only confirmed once you have received confirmation from us.
• It is the clientʼs responsibility to ensure a safe, clean, calm, and suitable environment for treatment, including adequate space, lighting, ventilation, and access to electricity if required.
• We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a treatment if the environment is deemed unsafe or unsuitable, or if the treatment is not appropriate for the client.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• A minimum of 48 hoursʼ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Cancellations made with less than 48 hoursʼ notice, or failure to attend an appointment, will be charged at 100% of the treatment price.
• If access to the property is not possible at the agreed time, the appointment will be treated as a late cancellation.
• Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time, with the full treatment fee still applicable.

3. Payments

• Payment is required prior to the booking confirmation.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of treatment.

4. Health, Medical & Contraindications

• You are responsible for disclosing all relevant medical conditions, allergies, injuries, medications, recent illnesses, or skin sensitivities prior to your treatment.
• We do not treat clients who are pregnant.
• If you are feeling unwell, have symptoms of illness (including colds, flu, viruses, infections, or fever), or have been recently unwell, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel the treatment upon arrival, with the full treatment fee still applicable.
• We are not liable for adverse reactions where information has not been disclosed.
• Some treatments may require a patch test or may be unsuitable due to certain medical conditions.

5. Treatment Results

• Individual results may vary depending on skin type, lifestyle, consistency, and aftercare.
• No guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes.
• Advice provided during treatments does not replace medical advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

6. Aftercare

• You agree to follow any aftercare advice provided to you.
• We are not responsible for results affected by failure to follow aftercare instructions.

7. Hygiene, Safety & Conduct

• We adhere to high standards of hygiene and professional practice.
• We ask that pets, children, and interruptions are kept to a minimum during the treatment time.
• Any inappropriate, abusive, or disrespectful behaviour will result in immediate termination of the treatment, with full payment still required.

8. Right to Refuse Treatment

• We reserve the right to refuse or stop a treatment at any time if we believe it may compromise the health, safety, or wellbeing of the client or therapist.

9. Data Protection & Privacy

• Personal information is handled in accordance with UK data protection laws.
• Client information is kept confidential and used solely for booking, treatment, and legal purposes.

10. Liability

• Treatments are provided with reasonable care and skill.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from treatments, except where caused by negligence.

11. Changes to Terms & Conditions

• We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
• The most current version will always apply to your booking.
